Compass Quay Coastal Holidays believe that personal touch with guests and homeowners is key to our success, whether it be assistance to help you choose your perfect holiday, or to have our dedicated staff to look after your holiday home, whichever, we endeavour to make your needs our priority. We are blessed to have an amazing local team with over 50 years of combined experience within the holiday home rental business.

Property lettings – we offer beautiful properties in the South Hams for both short term holiday rentals and long term winter lets.

Property Management – We provide both advice, house maintenance and changeovers for our homeowners, ensuring they can relax and let us take care of their properties all year round. With a variety of packages to choose from, you can decide how much you would like us to take care of your property or how much you would like to manage it yourself.

Guest Experiences – We also arrange activities and package that will ensure you have the best stay possible whilst you vacation with us. We can arrange a variety of activities such as watersports, guided walks, cycling tours, massages and dog sitting in addition to arranging events such as catering for special occasions or even a private chef. MEET BONNIE

Having moved to Bantham following a 20 year career in property management, I decided to set up an agency with a difference, one with a personal approach, where you could choose not only your holiday accommodation depending on size and budget, but you can also book an itinerary before you arrive. Something you expect from a luxury holiday abroad without the hefty price tag. Our aim is to offer services from local companies for the whole family, from keeping the grandparents happy, the kids entertained, and all the extra treats and experiences for the adults to ensure your holiday is all about fun and relaxation and not organisation.
