The apartment is situated on the ground floor, with a small staircase leading to the front door. Upon entry to the property, you are welcomed into the entrance hall, continuing into the hallway of bedrooms. Storage for coats, shoes, and umbrellas are tucked away behind the gorgeous mahogany built-in cupboard. Adjacent to the cupboard you are welcomed into the bright and airy open-plan lounge and dining room. A glorious sun trap room just off the lounge makes for a lovely quiet space for morning coffee and taking in the view overlooking the magnificent Thurlestone Bay. Sliding doors from the sunroom open onto the lightly planted raised stone patio, perfectly inviting you outside. A communal garden area can be found at the rear of the property and a range of beaches are merely a 5-minute walk down the road.
